Which are the best Pokemon in ruby and were do you catch them???

I would say that the two best Non-Legendary Pokemon in Ruby are Metagross (Final Form of Beldum) and Salamence (Final Form of Bagon). After you defeat the Elite Four, go to Steven's House. You will receive a Beldum. At the end of Meteor Falls, there is a room with a lot of water in it. Surf on the water until you hit a small piece of land. If you walk around there, you might find a Bagon. It's pretty rare, so it might take some time to find one.

I would say that the two best Legendary Pokemon are Groudon and Rayquaza. Groudon can be found in the Cave of Origin. After you defeat the Elite Four, you can find Rayquaza deep inside Sky Pillar.

you should get the 3 regis they could be found in the desert near mauville city,west of lilycove city,and in some secret spot southwest of dewford town,next best Pokemon is salamance.You can find Bagon (first evoloution of salamance) in a certant spot in meteor falls which is south of fallarbor town,any starter (I prefer swampert) and raise it to lv.80, last Pokemon you sould get is probly metagross which you get after beating the Pokemon league then you go to stevens house which is in mossdepp. P.s.
