Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have just beaten wally (was hard) from the victory tunnel. Now I have to beat the Elite Four. But I cant. Are my Pokemon too weak?

Sceptile-cut,rock smash,solarbeam,leaf blade. Level 57
Loudred-Howl,supersonic,stomp,fire blast.Level 40
Magneton-Thunder,Thunderbolt,sonicboom,flash. Level 43
Hariyama-Whirlwind,knock off,smelling salt, belly drum. Level 42
Medicham-mind reader,psychic,hi jump kick, psych up. Level 40
Lairon-Earthquake,take down,iron tail, protect. Level 40

I seem to be able to beat the first of the Elite Four only then I seem to get whooped on the next because even though I have hyper potions, revive and full restores. Are my Pokemon too weak, and if so how do I get them up? (I dont have AR or gameshark) Please help me and thank you.

I'm not an expert but I can help you a little the first elite four you should use your medicham and use the move hi jump kick.

The second could be a little more complicated but you can use your lairon and medicham again use the move earthquake with lairon and the move psychic with medicham.

Then the third elite four (really easy) you can use your sceptile using the move leaf blade or you can use your magneton the move thunderbolt then the last elite four, it could be very complicated because you don't have an ice move like ice beam.

If you have one with this you will win with no much problem then for finish the campion it could be a little complicated, but if you use your magneton first you will beat his first pokemon.

Now the others could be complicated but use the move hi jump kick that medicham has and you will win this for sure, just one more thing use earthquake when he uses metagross and aggron oh and train a little more your pokemon until 50.

First level up Lairon and Loudred by 1 or 2 and they will evolve into Aggron and Exploud respectively. Next, for Hariyama replace whirlwind with a more powerful move. These are the main pointers, otherwise just train in victory road!

Get a GROUDON train it to lvl 100 teach him cut fissure eruption angient power, you can get groudon in lvl 40 at sootopolis city in the cave but in order to get there.

You must go to Mt Pyre and talk to the lady and if team magma is there then she will give you the red orb.

Go find the underwater cave find your way to the team magma leader, battle him and win and if you win him he will face groudon.

His orb will glow then groudon will run away but you will find him in sootopolis city.

It will be very hot because of Groudon's drought
