Obtain the PokéBlock Case from the little girl in the Slateport Contest Hall, obtain some berries, and sit down at either of the Berry Blenders in the Contest Hall.

At an occupied Blender you can blend berries with the people there (for best results mix at the Slateport or Lilycove halls; you get loads of Gray PokéBlocks at Slateport and the levels of Blocks produced in Lilcove are generally very high). At an unoccupied blender, you can link up with a friend and blend there.

The final product of blending is the PokéBlock, whose colour depends on the type of berries blended. The level and feel are weighed upon by how fast the machine spins when you're blending: The blender screen has a spinner that spins counter-clockwise, and on one end there is a red tab. When that red tab hits your quadrant's tab, press A. If you press A when the spinner tab comes in contact with your quadrant tab, a red double ring will be emitted; if the tab touches your quadrant, an <font color=red>O</font> will be emitted; if the tab misses your quadrant, a <font color=blue>X</font> will be emitted.

Go to a Pokemon Contest building, any building, and walk up to the little gray machine to your right when you walk inside. There should be an old man facing it. Talk to the machine, and the man will ask if you would like to blend berries. say yes. You will now be prompted to dig through your pack and select a berry for blending. When you throw your berry in, as with everyone else participating, the lid will slam shut and a countdown from 3 will start.

Now, the arrow in the middle will start spinning around. as soon as it touches your red arrow, which is located by your name on the board, press A.

If you hit A while the spinning arrow is aligned with your arrow perfectly, you will bump the propelling speed up 10 RPM, and you will see a bulls-eye pop up from your arrow. If you hit A when the spinning arrow is slightly imperfectly aligned, you will see an O pop up. If you hit A while the spinning arrow is way off, you will see an X pop up. The faster you can make the machine go and the more precise hits you make, the better the outcome of the resulting Pokeblock in the end.
