Meteor falls, where the tm dragon claw is (the tm is above the waterfall.)

You got to go to meteor falls near the entrance of meteor fall you will see a big waterfall, you need to go up that waterfall using HM7.

Once you get up the waterfall you will see a cave enter it next you will see a staircase that goes down enter it you will come to a split.

One staircase south and one staircase north enter the one to the north you should see two old couples that double battle you.

Then south of the old couple enter the staircase you will come to a body of water, use surf and enter the small cave you will have a chance to catch bagon and get the TM2-dragon claw in there also.
