Can someone please tell me the names of some pokemon who LEARN these attacks by themselves?
 Dragon Claw
 Earthquake
 Aerial Ace
 
 Also, do not include Sceptile for any of them as I already plan to use him in my plan.

grovyle(through breeding eggs) those three learn the TM version to but that not
sceptile(through breeding eggs) is not what you want right?

AERIAL ACE:

swellow
(thats all that learn it naturally)
i put sceptile and the other two because someone else might want to know.

Rayquaza, Groudon, Salamence, Tyranitar, Charizrd... to name a few.

I really don't think there are any pokemon who learn ALL the attacks by LEVELS. All the ones I named can learn them with TMs of course.

I do not believe that there is any Pokémon that learns all these by itself.

Not even Salamence learns Dragon Claw (in fact I had to teach it to him by means of the TM).

Also, Aerial Ace can be only learnt by the TM. Earthquake, however, can be learnt by several Pokémon, of whice Whiscash is a member.

I'm certain there are others, but I do not exactly know which.

Check out Geodude. If the Pokémon is exactly the same as the KANTO versions (Blue, Red, Green, Yellow), it should learn earthquake by itself.

Dragon Claw- Bagon, Shelgon, Salamence, and Rayquaza (without a tm)

Earthquake- Marshtomp, Swampert, Geodude, Graveler, Golem, Numel, Camerupt, Phanpy, Donphan, Rhyhorn, Rhydon, and Groudon (without tm)

Aerial Ace- Taillow and Swellow (without tm)

P.S. These might not be every pokemon

Dragon Claw - bagon,salamence,shelgon.

Earthquake - groudon,wishcash, (I think their is one more)

Aerial Ace - I don't think their is one
