Question for Pokemon Ruby

In the game there is a guy in mossdeep that has a door but it says it is locked. How do you open the door?

Well sorry to break it to you but you need an E-reader to get in there.

When you get in you will fight somebody called the70th trainer.

But he will only accept your challenge if you have beaten all other 69 trainers.You can check that by looking in your Pokenav.If you beat him you get the 5th star on your trainer card.

But I don't really know what you do with the E-reader to get inside.I'm not a E-reader fanatic.

Mostly an Action Replay one!
