No you don't need a Master Ball and Snorunt evolves at level 42.
1. No, you do not need a Master Ball in order to catch Rayquaza because you can catch all the Pokémon with a ball except Torchic, Treecko,and Mdkip. Note: I didn't use the Master Ball at all.
2. Snorunt evovles into a Glalie at level 42 and there is no evolution after.
No,you need a lot of ultra balls.Wait for it to use rest then throw the ultra balls.It took me 1ultraball.Save before the fight.
If he faints or if you run out of catching balls turn the game of and try again.If you really arent good at catching pokemon then yes bring a master ball.
