You can give the Pokemon you want to level up an Exp. Share and defeat higher level Pokemon/The Elite Four. The Exp Share. Will give the Pokemon experience even if it doesn't battle or extra experience if it does battle.

Guest answered:

Go back to the lower level Pokemon and fight them until you level up and keep moving on and on and your experiance will go up faster because you should be able to kill them in one hit

Guest answered:

Guest is right. That's how I evolved my tailow into a swallow to fight brawly

Guest answered:

All right so a fast way is to get 2 high level Pokemon
And give the weak Pokemon an exp share then fight the reporters
They go in a triangle from these places
Fortree city by the lake
Mauville then go across the river/lake to the east they are on the beach
May vile then go north and use rock smash on the rocks to get to them the are in between the desert and the rocks

Guest answered:

Put you're weak Pokemon in the front ( lead of team) which is start>Pokemon> (press a A on the Pokemon you want)> switch> Swap it out for the previous leader . Step 2, find a battle ( trainers or run around in grass ) , for example " A wild wurmple apeared ! Go "Weak pokemon" . Then it should say, what will (you're Pokemon name) ? Fight, Bag, Pokemon, Run. Press Pokemon, and switch it for a stronger Pokemon and kill the oppenent, and you're weak Pokemon will get exp as the strong one does too jist for being in battke

Guest answered:

Put two Pokemon in the day care near Mauville, and then go find one of the mudslide type things on the route up to Fortree. If you use an Acro bike and keep riding into the slide and not going up it, you will gain experience rapidly. If you leave your gameboy plugged into a charger and tape down the forward button, you can easily go up 20 levels in one night while you are sleeping. My Taillow went from level 22 to level 51 in one night because of this trick.

this is very helpful thanks
Guest answered:

If you are ok with putting Pokemon in the day care put the Pokemon in the day care get the acro bike and tri to go up the slopes for a long time

Guest answered:

Sometime before, I was angry because of my weak slugma when suddenly I had an idea of giving it to the day care. And after that I increased the game speed to x16 and in 1 minute my Pokemon was 1 more leveled at the Day care so I suggest you use the day care format but sometimes day care will teach moves to your Pokemon randomly.

Depends on how far you are in the game
Before the first gym I recommend grinding with Whismur they go down quickly and give the most exp.

Brawly is skippable until you reach normal gym so just grind on roselia, ilumise/volbeat next to mauvile for electric and fire gym. Route 111 is nice to grind but the sandstorm gets annoying so probably keep grinding with roselia.

After you beat the normal Gym you can get the hm for surf which makes the ocean a pretty nice place to grind since you can get a lot of high hp mons like pelliper spawning which give a decent amount. I also recommend grinding with the reporters since they give a good amount of exp. Mt. Pyro is also pretty nice to grind. For Psychic Gym I recommend getting yourself the good rod first and grinding on high level wailord or corsola. After you obtained 8 badges the best location to grind before elite four is victory road. Especially with Lairon. After finishing the game just beat the elite four to grind. Bonus Tip: If you leave to Pokemon in the daycare they level up one exp point per step. You can trick that system by walking against a mach bike slope
