1. What Level Shall I Train My Pokemon To Beat The Elite Four??? e.g. L60

My Party In Order:
Groudon L56
Roselia L53
Gyarados L38
Sceppy (Sceptile) L59
Pelipper L26
Loudred L40

2. Is There A Cheat To Get All The Pokemon??
Note: If There Is Please Tell Me.(NOT!! Gameshark Codes)

3. Where Can I Find Barboach???

#1. Train your starter to lvl 75 then the others to lvl 67

#3. Fish with your super rod by the man with the pooch thingy to the left of Fallabor Town.
You should get some good ones there (I found a lvl 40 Barboach there).

Sydney:Fire or fighting type lv.60-70
Elite 4#2:A dark type above level 51
Glacia:Sceppy above level 53,A fire type and a fighting type.Also higher than lv.53 Hint:Use a fighting move against Sealo and Walrein
Drake:Ice and Dragon types with ice and dragon moves.Twister,Ice Beam.Higher than lv.55 Hint:Watch out for his Salemence.You might also want a ground steal or rock type if his Flygon use Sandstorm.
Champion:Fighting,Fire,Ground types.Sceppy is optional.His toughest pokemon is atlv.58so you know what lv your pkmn should be at.GOOD LUCK!!
