Clamperl will evolve into Huntail when traded with a Deepseatooth attached. It becomes Gorebyss when a Deepseascale is attached. You can obtain the Deepseatooth or Deepseascale by finding the Scanner in the Abandoned Ship on Route 108 and delivering it to Captain Stern at the Slateport ferry terminal.
