1. Does anything hatch out of a bad egg?
2. When I do the AR code for Celebi it doesn't work.

1.No,nothing hatch's out of a Bad egg.

But, make sure your Bad eggs DON'T hatch, your game will freeze and, I've heard from other people,that it screwed up their game.

2.Let's see,are you using the Master code?Check that the Master code and the Celebi code are correct.

If it still doesn't work,here's the Celebi code(and,if you need it,the Master code)
