To beat the Pokemon you must have the following

-6 Pokemon of different types at least level 45

-A army of Status Healers (Full Restores,Revives)

Ok,the Member of the Elite 4 has Dark type pokemon so if you have any fighting type pokemon at level 50 this should be a breeze if not get one.

The second elite 4 has psychic type pokemon so get a Dark Pokemon who knows the move "Crunch" try and get a "Mightyena" or if you have a friend if you have a friend catch a Abra evolve it into a Kadabra trade it with a friend Evolve it into an Alakazam teach it shadow ball and you will destroy her.

3rd Elite 4 member has ice so use any Fighting or Electric Pokemon and you should win easily.

Now Elite 4 member 4 Has Dragon now this battle well for me IS VERY ANNOYING as he has dragons and these pokemon will DESTROY you very quickly so go to the Cave near the 7th badge catch a Spheal and eveolve it twice in a Walerin teach it ice beam and catch a Trapinch evolve it into Flygon teach it any dragon attack and you should win

THE CHAMPION is very very easy just catch a pikachu in Safari Zone teach it thunderbolt evolve it into a raichu with a thunderstone and thats it you win.

First you need Pokemon has good moves and you know there weakests you need to get your Pokemon above level 50, and have full Restores and revives. Hope this helps.
