Question for Pokemon Ruby

On Pokemon Ruby are you able to catch 386 Pokemon? and why didn't my Salamence learn flamethrower? What move does it learn it? Mines at lv 65.

You have to use cheat peripherals, tickets, Emerald, Colosseum, Fire Red, Leaf Green, Ruby, and Sapphire together to accumulate all 386 Pokémon. Oh, and you have to teach TM35 to Salamence if you want it to know Flamethrower — cash in 4,000 coins at the Game Corner.
