Sorry, you can't get him in this game, unless you use a cheating code device...

PS. Deoxys can be got in leaf green and Red fire version with an e-reader.

There are two ways to get Deoxys:

1. Once you get 100 rocket lanches at mossdeep, you can grab a ride on a rocket and fly to the moon where you can find Dexoys. I have not tried it but I think it works.

2. Use action replay and use the Deoxys cheat and look in any patch of grass to find it.
