simple just go to ever grande city . get in water and use super rod . you will get a luvdisc with a heart scale. if not try again
Use thief or trick on bagons and horseas, (Bagon found in back room of metor falls, horsea fished off that route that you can surf west on that is east of slateport with a super rod), or you can catch them.
