I got a shiny tenticool if I make 100 eggs from it and her mate what are the chanses of having a shiny one and another thing do I need to mack more tenticool eggs in order to get a shiny one.

Having a shiny parent does not increase your odds, it's still 1 out of 8192. So you can keep trying, you may get one, you may not.
