Question for Pokemon Ruby

Could someone tell me what to change to have a better chance of winning a beauty contest. Here's my Pokemon at its attacks:

Beautifly Lv.40
Morning Sun-
Appeal *(quality depends on timing)

Sunny Day-
Appeal *(works better when crowds excited)

Gust-
Appeal *** (scrambles order for next turn)

Silver Wind-
Appeal *(ups users condition.Helps prevent nervousness)

Get a fire pokemon with a timid nature.Teach it sunny day, flamethrower, and fire blast.

This is the easiest way.

Also, go to the slateport fan club chairman after he (or she) is at maximum beauty.

He will give you the blue scarf, which raises your pokemon's beauty even more.
