Is there a quick way to encounter Latios?

I've beat the game and I want latios before I restart the game. Is there a qick way to have a quick encounter to catch it I have master balls so thats not a problum.

A fast way of encountering Latios is to track it by looking at it's location in the pokedex. Go to a route where you can move between it's border & another route's border with relative ease (ex. Routes 111 & 113). Every time you enter the route, check Latios' location in the pokedex, if it's on the route you happen to be on, go into the wild grass, & have one of your Pokemon use sweet scent, it's a guaranteed instant battle, & chances are, the first encounter will be Latios.
