You weren't exactly clear, but here's the answers (that I think) you meant -

1. Make a pokeblock, you should be able to do that in any contest hall after visiting Slateports and getting a pokeblock case.

2. Coin Case. She is next door, the first house you come by when you first enter Mauville from Slateport. Go to Slateport and buy Harbor Mail, come back, go in her house and you trade the Harbor Mail with the Coin Case.
