Yes I was also troubled by this but I managed to do this. What you have to do is catch a relicanth and get a wailord. Relicanth is found underwater near sootopolis city(it is very rare). Next is to get a wailord(wailmer evolves at 40). Get these and go west of pacifidlog town. Before entering in the ocean current go a bit south and then enter the current. Now heep on going straight until you reach a diving place. Go down and come out of the cave. Yo'll go a bit south and will find a big rock in the end yo'll see some white writing. Jist over there go up and yo'll enter a secret room. There will be alot of writings but go to the last one and use dig right in the middle right in front of it. This tm is found with fossil maniac's brother in fallarbor town. Use dig and a cave will form. Go in and a another room. This time have relicanth in the first slot and wailord in the last or wailord in the first and relicanth in last it's one of them but I don't remember. Now read the braille and the there will be a earthquake. Now get out and the entrances will be open. But our problem has'nt solved yet. There are 2 rooms in each cave and you have to open the first room. For registeel go in the centre and use fly for regirock go right in front and middle of braille and use mach bike. Now go two steps right and two stepsdown now use strength or rocksmash it's one of them. For registeel press ''A'' right in middle and right in front of it. Keep it there for 2 mins and the cave will open before catching them save your game because they arent caught o first try.
