What happens if I got all the legendaries?and I leveled my latios to 67 then I went in the space center in mossdeep but can't go to space.why?

Nothing really happens after you caught all the legendaries.And I don't know who even told you about going to space thing but leveling up your Latios has nothing to do with it and I'm pretty sure you can't even go to space under any circumstances.
You can't go into space,but if you have a GameShark or a Action Replay you could get a code that lets you catch Deoxys. Plus nothing happens when you catch all the legendaries and nothing happens when you level up your latios to lvl 67.
Sorry but the only way to go to space is by special events, which I think all of those events are gone. Sorry.
You must have a game shark or AR to go into space, the only thing the legendaries do when you catch them all is make a really good pack to fight with.
