Go to seafloor cavern. Get hm dive from steven in mossdeep in a home and while coming to sootopolis there will be dark blue water. Teach dive to a tentacool or so and go down there. You'll find a cave and go in. Team magma's submarine would be there and now come up from the cave inside and now lies the perplexing maze of seafloor cavern. In end you'll fight maxie in front of groudon. Groudon will awaken and go to cave of orign. Now you can access to the cave of orign. Save game before meeting groudon and try your best to catch him. If you fail then then turn the power of and yo'll meet him again. Try this over and over
