Question for Pokemon Ruby

I was looking at some Action Replay codes, and some of them said you might get a bad egg. What in the world IS a bad egg?!?!?

Also, does anyone know any funny or cool cheats for Action Replay that Work and don't put a virus in your game? I don't care if you send one in that puts a virus in your game or doesn't work, just tell me so I know. Ok? Thanks. Oh! And can some good cheaters send some answers for me?
