Actually, I tested this out. After you finish training, turn off the Mastercode(If the only codes you are using are these two codes), and the Pokemon will hit like normal.

Activate the code when it shows the amount of exp you have earned. (E.g.: "Pikachu has earned 123 exp") and then click a. But disable it after you leave the battle. It can be done for multiple pkmn if they have exp.share.

Maximum xp gets regular pokes to lvl 100 and legendary to lvl 93 then 1 lvl per battle til 100. Took me some time to sort it out as this is my first cheat.

I figured something out. The last 4 digits in this code is the amount of EXP you get. It's written in HEX though, so 6FFF = 28,671. If you want 100EXP use 0064. 1,000EXP use 03E8. 10,000 use 2710.
