Look I'm not sure how I got this thing, but I have a bad egg... How long does it take and WTF is with the PKRS status that it has and is spreading to the rest of the Pokemon in my team?? THANKS!

Bad egg! OH NO! BAD EGGS WHEN THEY HATCH... It freezes your game! If you are using gameshark thats PROBALY whats going on. Bad eggs come if you use gameshark too much. If your not using gameshark you must off knocked the game chip really hard on the floor and made it glitchy.

PKRS is a good thing it's helps with your Pokemon status.
To get a bad egg you either would have to have used ar or gameshark and messed up on the code , or you turned off the game and messed up the save causing it to happen. Its best to delete, or it can cause a problem.
Get rid of the egg it doesnt do good it's probably going to muck up your game for good. Mabey trade it away to your brother?? Or release it
