Question for Pokemon Ruby

Pokemon Ruby (Whoah!)
This is a game of a MILLION of questions to be answered!

1.I've heard of the Eon Ticket, how do I get it and what do you do with it.

2.Mirage Island, how do you get there, beacause I have heared of an MIF pokemon to get there but I CANT FIND ONE and I've even seen the Island on a pokemon startegy book but all they say is its an Island that a man tells you about and thats all!

3.Again, I've heared of Jirachi and Deoxys, I know that Deoxys will come out as a rare pokemon on the new pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green, but they say you can find both of them on Ruby/Sapphire right?
HOW!!!

4.What is the major point of getting 200 pokemon?(or 202 in this matter)

5.Last but not least, they say you can get a ticket to space,(Liars)if you can, how and what is the purpose of this?

1. You have to download the EON ticket at special events

2.You need a wynaut! breed two wobofetts (spelling?) and there you go.

3.You need an aurora ticket (in Fire red and Leaf green) to get deoxys and trade him over (Thats when it comes out!). As for Jirachi, download him!

4.I'm not sure

5.A ticket to space is a load of rubbish. I have completed the whole game and I have no ticket to space.
