Root/Claw Fossil

How can you turn your Root/Claw Fossil into a Lylep/Anorith?

Go to Rustboro City and go to the big building called Devon Corporation. Go the second floor and find some person and give your fossil to him. Go out the building then come back in with 5 Pokemon or less and the Pokemon is yours. Hope this helps.

Devon Corp. Building... (where you meet Mr. Stone who asked you to take a letter to his son Steven) on the second floor of the building there are a bunch of scientists all doing tests on different things. Some will say they aren't going so well, etc... But one Talks of turning fossils into Pokemon, and that it's working!

If you have a fossil in your bag, he will notice it when you talk to him, and will offer to rejuvenate it.

Give it to him and he will tell you that it takes a while.

Go to the poke center, and open up a slot in your party for the Pokemon (put one of your 6 Pokemon in the PC) and then go back to the Devon Corp Building and the scientist will have your pokemon.

If you have 6 Pokemon with you, he will tell you to make space in your party for the new pokemon.

Get the TM Dig and then go to Rustorobo City and go to Devon Co.
Talk one of the people at PCs and he should say "I have been making a fossil regenerator. The contraption works!". From there you should give the person your Root or Claw Fossil. Then go outside for a while.
When you come back leave space in your party for Lileep or Anorith.
Talk to the man and no matter how long your little walk was he says "What took you so long, your Root/Claw Fossil is now Lileep/Anorith".
