I don't have the answer to your fourth question but here goes. First get Relicanth from the underwater near sootopolis. Then evolve a Wailmer to a Wailord (take it to about 40. It won't evolve in the day care centre).

Put the Wailord in the back of your party and relicanth at the front. then get a pokemon that knows dig and surf. Get dig by going to Falador and to the fosil maniac and talk to the boy, he gives you dig. Go to Pacifidlog and go west.

Before you get to the rapids go th the southest you can go. Then go west. Keep going west and staying to the southern part of the rapids. Then after hitting land four times just go to the middle of that bit of land and surf west. Dive in the area that you can and go to the brail part by going south. Dive up and go to shore.

Go to the most nothern part and use dig. Go through the opening and again read the brail the place shakes and you hear 3 door opening. Exit and fly to Dewford. Go north to the tip of Dewford then west and surf go west and north but stay on the west side then enter the cavern at the end. Read the brail and do as it says. The second Regis south of fortree where you talk to the girl that gives you a berry go up the stairs and go north. again enter the cavern and do as it says. The third isn't the desert at the most southern part.
