Where do I catch celebi

ANSWERS

You must get a gameshark and under the Pokemon sapphire/ruby WPM#1 select celabi and press start, go into the grass and celibi will appear

Well, I remember how I obtained Celebi. You will need either a Game Shark or an Action Replay. I got my master codes from Pokemon Maker. You can research it on Google or Yahoo and should appear. On their you can match your game details to your Game Shark or Action Replay. Then after entering the Pokemon's data onto your Game Shark or Action Replay. You can now activate the codes needed then go into the game and in your PC should be the Pokemon you made the cheat for. Also just so you will know, this Pokemon Maker system allows you to make then Shiny and hold any item you want them to be holding. Good Luck!

You can get it by either get it with a nondry game cartridge and do Nintendo Event or use a Game Shark.
