You can get Eevee from your Fire Red or Leaf Green versions. I would try mating your Eevee with a Ditto. So if you possibly can make sure you get a girl Eevee or maybe even a boy. The girl Ditto might mate with the boy Eevee making a Eevee due to Ditto's transform ability. It's a really cool feature I am sure many users/gamers aren't known too. Now they should though, and I am glad I can help you. Do this mating thing so you can obtain all 5 Eevee evolutions.
