Use a super rod on routes 102, 117 and in Petalburg City. In case you don't have a Super Rod, a man in a house in Mossdeep City will give it to you.

You have to fish for him with the Super Rod. To find out exactly where, look on your Pokedex.

You can also get corphish by fishing using a Good Rod at the waterbody just besides the Breeding centre.

Should be able to fish them out easy around the Pokemon League. Before you enter in through the dark cave. Should be easy to grab one, just use a Good Rod or a Super Rod. It might take some time cause there is also other Pokemon that will easily appear, mainly maybe Love-Disc. But I am not too sure, you might get lucky the first cast into the water. I would give this 15 or 20 minutes at a time. If no luck, try again in another 30 minutes or so. Good Luck and I hope you get the Pokemon your looking for.

You can use a god rod or a super rod in the water between Mauville city
And Verdanturf town and the water is next to the Pokemon day care.
Good luck with your search. ps. If you get a corphish at a high level it may have a one hit KO move

First you need to find out how to get to mauville and go to the middle of the pond where the little boy is walking the one that says the air is tasty here yeah that one then you keep fishing with the super rod until this crab looking figure.
