Yes Chimecho is real, he is on top of the summit on Mt Pier. It'll take awhile but (s)he'll shows up.

Yes. You find it on the summit of Mount Pyre. And I mean the area by the orbs. It matters not which side you look on.

Yes he's real. You get him on Mt. Pyre on the two highest patches of grass, have patience though, he's very rare.
