The Dawn Stone is an item you can only get in Diamon & Pearl. Sorry and since you can't trade to the older games it is impossible!

Kirkia can evolve at level 30 into gardevoir but you need the dawn stone to evolve into gallate

That's impossible in the third generation, cause there's no dawn stone in the game.

No I don't think so. You've got half of it down. But since diamond and pearl didn't exist yet I don't think they even invented Gallade yet. Yeah, I know. I wanted a Gallade too. But you can find a moon stone in meteor falls. And trade shards for stones.

You can get a dawn stone and find a gray shard and trade it in the man close to mosdeep city hope this can help gray shard can be find in astone underwater

You can't get the dawn stone....I'm sorry about that.I have a male Kirlia (hoping for a female) and I'm planning on evolving it but it can't be Gallade...Gallade was born in Diamond,Pearl and Platinum.Sorry.(You can evolve a male Kirlia though but it has to be Gardevoir.)

If I understand correctly this is for the original Pokémon ruby from Gen III
Sorry to disappoint but the dawn stone was introduced in Gen IV
If you’re talking about Omega Ruby then you get it in the victory road after defeating Wally
