Catch a barboach and a shroomish then go to sootopolis city and on the side with the Pokemon center inside one of the houses there will be a fisherman and a hiker sitting on a table talk to the fisherman first and show him the barboach then talk to the hiker and show him the shroomish and he should give you an elixir [it's just like an ether] also you can use leppa berries.
