Question for Pokemon Ruby

Now first of all the rumor about going to the space center and flying to the moon and getting Jirachi isn't a rumor, me my friends and lots of other people that I know have done it.

First you have to go to the Mossdeep space center right when you go in keep walking up to a scientist that says "Yes, thats succesfull launch no. ....." when it gets to "Yes, thats succesfull launch no.100" hell ask if you want to go in space if you do Jjirachi will appear out of nowhere and you will battle it, SAVE your master ball. It really works

PS: IT TAKES AROUND 10 MINUTES TO A FEW DAYS FOR THE SUCCESFULL LAUNCH NUMBER TO GO UP 1.
