1.Were do you get the kings rock?
2.were do you get the aurora ticket with out using gameshark ect.?

Ok for your first question, it is found in mosdeep city. A boy standing near Steven's house gives it to you.

As for your second question, it's impossible unless you attend the event it was given out on.

You can find kings rock by talking to the kid outside steveens house.
The aura ticket can only be obtained by using a gameshark/action replay or a nintendo event I think
