Well, I'm new to the game and I got all 8 bages. But I didn"t beat the Elite 4. And I need RegiRock I think. but I don't know where to go? I'm totally confused. I tried other sites they didnt help or reply! So Please give me help. If you guys and/or gals can also rank my team.

I can answer one of your questions, you can train in the sky pillar. There are level 50 Pokemon there thats were I train sometimes.

Only get regirock! this is vital as he is the best in attack and defence.

Your team is pretty weak, get some legendary Pokemon. But my best suggestion would be ask to borrow a friends Kyogre and say you would give some good Pokemon for it (Sceptile or Blazekin and if you are desperate Groudon) train it to lvl 70 and teach it thunder Hydropump surf and Waterfall. Then go to the sapphire user submitted cheat side and read the cheat to beat the Elite Four with Kyogre.
