Ok I know you have 2 get Bagon from meteor falls but please tell me EXACTLY where 2 get it if I enter from the Rustboro City side.
>P.S. Pls tell me the directions exactly for example: go right then surf all the way 2 that trainer and go up a ladder then search in that room.

It doesn't matter from where you enter. You have to go up the waterfall in there. Once you're up there take the door to the next area. Here, take the ladder down. If you want to explore fine by me, but I will only give you the directions to Bagon. So, in this area, take the ladder all the way left and up. You'll see an old couple standing there. Go pass them, and be ready to fight the next trainer. Then go down and stay on the left. To take the next ladder down. Here, surf up and go through the cave there. Surf again to the other side, you'll find Dragon Claw I think. And just stay there to find Bagon. He only appears on that small part on the whole cave. hope it helps.

Go from the entrance from fallabor town and go up the waterfall and into the hole. In the next room, go in the ladder. Now go up to the ladder.DONT tslk to the old people unless you want to battle them. Go up by the puddles and go down. KEEP LEFT. Go into the ladder. In this room, go down the steps and surf. Go up and go through the hole in the wall at the top of the water.there is an item at the top in this room you may get it. Go back down and walk around in that little space between the water and the door. Eventually, you will find yourself a bagon.
