1. I finally got the light ball does this item also double Raichu's special attack like pikachu's???

2. I want a strong Raichu because it's my favorite Pokemon which level should I give my pikchu the thunderstone to evolve into Raichu to get it's best stats? Also whats the best nature for Raichu or pikachu??

3. I breeded two pikachu's and one held a light ball, how come when the egg hatched my pichu didnt know volt tackle, I thought when you did this, pichu's egg move would learn volt tackle?

1. Nope, the item only says pikachu. 2.It depends, you may want to give the pikachu stat increasers before you use the thunderstone. As for nature, you may want to go to serebii.net an it probably will say on the pokedex. 3. You are probably doing one of the steps wrong. Serebii.net also has a whole section on volt tackle.
