Please use good rod near pacifilog for high levels upto40 or do the same near mossdeep city

Use a super rod at Lilycove City or Mossdeep City. At mossdeep it might take longer to get a wailmer because of sharpedos

Using a Super Rod basically anywhere in the ocean will yield a wailmer if you fish a few times, for ones at the highest level fish at paciflodge town or in a route west of it.

First go to mossdeep and by using your super rod you can catch a wailmer(highest level is 39)

In deford go to the dock and fish all you get is wailmer

in mossdeep i found a wailmer level 45
