I can't catch latios, I try using mean look but he flees before I can use it. My Golbat is a higher level than it and I've maxed out it's spe it a quick eed, I also gave it a quick claw, can someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze help?

Take shroomish and lv it up. Make shure it still knows spore. Next Save! Then go out looking for it. When you find it use spore. Then hurt it. If it wakes up and flees, go after it again. Try to get it down to the red in hp. Then put it to sleep aand throw a ultra ball at it. Save each time before going after it again! It's hp should stay the same befor it ran. Hope I helped!
Just use you master ball if you have allready used it just trade one from another Pokemon game
Strange, I caught my Latios just fine with a level 50 golbat that knew mean look. Just make sure it's the first move you do before poke balls or anything.
I have Sapphire so I catch latias. The best way is to save you're master ball and use it. The best place for me is the grass ontop if slateport near the bike section. Save before you get in the grass. Use max repel because latios/latias doesn't run away from repels. Use repel, save then look for it. You might find it before the repel wors off. If it does, look for it the sam spot without repel. If it is a another Pokemon, reset you gba a and look again repeating the same thing. When you reset it, latios/latias goes somewhere else.
