Deoxsys can be found on Birth island by getting there using an Aurora Ticket. In order to get Deoxsys you either have to shark the ticket or shark deoxsys itself.
The gameshark code for deoxys is 07caa08624cc the master code is 928817f0298a 50f818720dd7 e005ba4b98a5 to use these codes get a gameshark and add a new game then type in the master code the add the deoxys code shiny code is 81FE44749C55
