Hmm lets cut is found in a house in rustboro after beating roxanne, fly is given by May alot later, surf lets see surf is given by wallys parents in petalburg after beating norman you're father in that city, strength I forgot but I know period when you get it's either in mauveville lavabridge or fallabor or around that area, flash is given by hiker in the entrance of cave in Dewford, rochsmash is given bya dude in the southeastern house of mauville near south entrance, and waterfall is found in the cave of origin (groudon saga)

Cut is given by the man inside the house in rustboro city,fly is given by your rival near weather instituteafter a battle with her/him ,surf is given by wally's parents in petalburg city,strength is given by the man you save in the cave in verdanturf town after beating wattson, flash is given by the man in granite cave in dewford,rock smash is given by the man with an eyeglasses inside the house in mauville city,waterfall is given before you catch the ancient groudon or kyogre by wallace and lastly,dive,is given by steven in mossdeep city.
