Where can I find Relicanth?

I have been surfing around Lilycove, Sootopolis and Mossdeep for a Relicanth. But I can't find one. Where can I find a Relicanth?

Surfing can do almost no help... Dive into the grass then it is like normal, search in the grass- seaweed... Mostly Clampearl comes out...

First of all, you don't Surf to find him. You can Dive down near Sootopolis and look in the seaweed for him. He is rare but I found him within about ten Pokemon.

If you want to catch a relicant you need to go under water there is a place were thri likr to hang out

First go to sootopolis.....dive underwater...exit the tiny cavern. You will see plenty of grass...roam around and sooner or later you will find a relicanth....it is quite rare..but it's definitely there.

You go to Sootopolis and dive near the bottom of the town. Then you will see a whole bunch of grass. You catch him in the grass,but theres only a 5% chance of catching him.

You can use relicanth and wailord to catch the three regis wailord is a rare Pokemon, you can find it on route 129 or you can just catch a wailmer and evolve it at lv 40 you have a 5% chance of catching a relicanth near sootopilis city underwater, it is very difficult
