I am in REALLY bad need of Help

I beat my DAD(Norman)but he said any PKMN that have Surf can use it...I don't have SURF and I don't know where to find it...He never gave it to me...Plzz Help,I've been stuck for 2 days.....Anyone know?

You find it in Wally's parents house to the left of Petalburg Gym. If it is not there try all the other houses in Petalburg or one of the houses in Verdanturf.

You can find it at wally's dad... In the next house or just beside the gym...

Alright, since you beat your characters dad, you can get the HM surf because that is what you had to do first. Just leave the gym, and head to your friend Wally's former home where his parents live. Talk to the Dad, or to the mother, and one of them will give you the HM surf. Hope this helps.

Go left to the gym and then enter a house.wally's parents will be there.he will give you the hm surf.thenyou can surf blavvva
