The only way to buy masterballs is with a gameshark.

I am very sorry that I said that I was thinking you could and dynamite kid is right you have to use gameshark. Very sorry this is my first mistake so please don't hold it against me. Hope this helps.

Okay listen, this is Cheating-is-good, a top expert in Pokemon games telling you that you cannot buy Masterballs. There is not even a code in the Action Replay, or Gameshark that lets you buy Masterballs. Trust me I know, I own one of each cheating device. I know that it would be really, really cool if you could buy Masterballs, but you cannot, I am sorry. I am sure that Gamelord D made a simple mistake, and it happens to all of us, no hard feelings right?
