How do I get latios?

ANSWERS

First you have to defeat the Elite Four and the Champion. After it you appear in your room and when you get out of the house you'll see your dad. He'll give you a ticket and after he leaves you'll receive a news flash of a blue pokemen flying across Hoenn. Then it's a matter of luck since it's location changes everytime you enter or leave a house, go to other route...But you can always see his location on your pokedex. I suggest then after it you use a Pokemon with Mean Look or Sleep Powder cause latios will escape almost everytime. Good luck now!

1.Beat the Elite Four
2.At home go downstairs and when your mom and dad are done talking to you, click on the TV and it will say that a blue Pokemon is flying around
3.You might have to have a level 80 Pokemon or higher, I am not sure but it has worked 3 times
4.Go to pacifidlog town and surf to the left and look around for about 3or 4 Pokemon and if he doesn't show up, go to the right side and do the same thing
5.Repeat this and you will likely find LATIOS(AWESOME)

This is a strategy that has worked to find Latios 3 times
1. Beat elite four
2. Go home and click on tv
3. Get a level 80 pokemon( unknown if you have to)
4. Go to pacifidlog town and go to the left and search for about 3 or 4 pokemon
5. If you do not find him, go to the right side and do the same
6. Repeat this until you find him

Pokemon Needed to capture Latias/Latios:

Items Needed to capture Latias/Latios:
-None

After defeating the Elite Four and the Champion, you return home. Watch the
Television and you will find out about a mysterious Pokemon seen flying around
Hoenn. This is either Latios or Latias depending on the version. FInding these
Pokemon is based entirely on luck. Just keep on trekkin through Hoenn in the
Grass and Water and you may run into them.

LATIAS CAN ONLY BE FOUND IN SAPPHIRE
