Question for Pokemon Ruby

Okay this is my new team seeing as I have started the game again from when I had all my level 100 Pokemon so here it is (it is a bit rubbish but don't forget I haven't been playing this game for so long):

Blaziken Lv. 83
Earthquake
Sky Uppercut
Fir Blast
Focus Punch (deleting soon)

Rayquaza Lv.75
Fly
Surk
Waterfall
Outrage

Regirock Lv.61
Ancientpower
Iron Defense
Thunder
Lock-On

Groudon Lv.66
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Fire Blast
Solarbeam

Flygon Lv.62
Fly
Dragonbreath

Please give me suggestions on moves and dont insult it too much because I havent had chance to teach them better attacking moves e.g. Registeel and Regirock

Oh and my question is what level does Groudon learn Eruption on???

Blaziken-
Yes take out focus punch. put in fire punch (mt) or double kick(MT)

Rayquzza-
take out surf and waterfall (as they cannot be powered up by rain dance) put in crunch (MT) andhyper beam or ice beam!

Regi Rock-
not so good take it out! and put in a water poke!
Groudon-take out dragon claw for something else.(it learns eruption at lv. 75).

Flygon-
take it out you already have a ground and a dragon! but in dark!

Regi-Steel-
Again take it out for something like Metagross, Ryhdon or Golem!

Overall 6.9!
