I have Deoxys and how come I can't trade it to my Leaf Green version.

You can't trade Deoxys to your game untill you have the National Pokedex in FR/LG You get it on the Sevil Islands after you beat the game. You need to find the Ruby And Sapphire and give it to Celio (Bills Friend). You can only trade using a link cable, no wireless adapter! FYI, the ruby is in the place where you find Moltres.

In your Leaf Green version you need to have given Celio both the ruby and the sapphire before you can trade between the two games.
