Hello ven598. I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but I have bad news. In order to beat the Elite four, or even stand a chance of beating them, you are going to have to level up each Pokemon, alot. You need to get every Pokemon above level 55, then at least you will have a good chance of defeating them. I know that this will take a while, but it is the only way to win, sorry.

Minun's level are too small! Also Grovyle. Train all your Pokemon to level 65 and it's enough to beat the elite four!

First of all evolve grovyle and get him about lv 60 then go to the city where the eigth gym is and go to the deep water and use the super rod until gyrados shows up when you catch it level it up too. Level up groundon just a few levels. Grow swellow swellow to level 60. Then go to meteor falls and catch a Bagon and evolve him at level 55. Catch and level up a sharpedo because they become very powerful. And finally catch a a machop and get about level 60 and then beat the living crap out of the elite four. I know it sounds hard but it is worth it because after that you can go tho the sky pillar and catch raquaza at level 70. By the way use fire moves on stevens Pokemon especially metagross. Read the 'user submitted cheats' and there should be a cheat about the daycare. I'm telling you this cheat inparticularly cause the day I defeated the elite 4, I also caught rayquaza, dusclops, claydol, latios, regice, regirock and registeel! I also leveled up loooooooooooaaaaaaads of pokemon.

Do what I did, get another Pokemon game(fire red, leaf greeen etc.)that's really strong and use that ,i also raised that Pokemon from level 76 to 91!

I waz a little higher level than you but what I did waz that I raised my Pokemon in victory road untill they were all level 65. It took a while but the elite four are sooooo easy if you do it this way.
